Initial Defect Warranty
All moku products are covered by an initial defect warranty for 7 days from the date of delivery, under the conditions outlined below.
The warranty covers the following cases:
- Discrepancies between the item received and the item ordered (e.g., incorrect product), provided the product is unused.
- Functional defects in an unused condition (such as a zipper that does not operate properly, loose stitching, etc.).
This excludes leather conditions listed under “Important Notes & Disclaimer” below. - In the case of an initial defect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please contact us first and provide details and photos of the product condition.
Repairs
To ensure our products can be enjoyed for many years, MOKU offers repair services for as long as the company remains in operation, whenever possible.
Repairs are generally provided for a fee.
If an issue occurs, we will first assess the condition of the product. If repair is possible, we will provide an estimate of the repair cost.
If repair is not feasible, we may offer a replacement with a new product at a special price.
In rare cases, if issues arise during the repair process, we may replace the repair item with a new product instead.
When sending a product to us for repair, please ship it prepaid. We strongly recommend protecting the item with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any damage or issues that occur during shipping (such as scratches or other transit-related damage).

About Leather & Hardware
As our leather is finished with dyes that preserve the natural character of the hide, variations such as scratches, uneven coloring, stains, and wrinkles may be present.
Due to the delicate nature of the leather surface, minor marks such as light scuffs or pressure marks may occur during the manufacturing process.
The surface is soft and prone to scratches; however, minor scratches can often be reduced by gently rubbing with your finger. Deeper scratches will gradually blend in over time as part of the leather’s natural aging process.
The use of oils, water-repellent sprays, or cleaners may damage the leather. Please use such products only after understanding the characteristics of each specific leather type.
If the leather becomes wet, do not leave it unattended, as this may cause stains or blistering. Gently press with a dry, soft cloth to absorb moisture.
The product size may change slightly with use. In particular, leather smartphone cases may shrink when exposed to moisture (such as sweat), so we recommend using them in as dry an environment as possible.
Color transfer may occur. Please take care when using with light-colored clothing.
Color and texture may vary by production lot. This variation is especially noticeable with Pueblo leather, and the product color may differ significantly from the photos shown on our website.
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or display environment.
If original materials become unavailable, we may change materials, parts, or specifications while maintaining equivalent quality.
Depending on the individual piece, the tanner’s logo or numerical markings (such as leather batch numbers) may be stamped on the leather.
Metal fittings are prone to discoloration over time. Brass hardware in particular may darken naturally. If desired, discoloration can often be reduced using a dedicated metal polish or common household items such as salt, vinegar, or baking soda. Please exercise caution to avoid damaging the leather itself.
