Refund policy

(1) Order Cancellations and Returns

As production begins shortly after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
If a replacement is not available, we will accept a return.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer preference. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.



(2) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange:

Items that have been used
Items damaged or soiled after delivery
Items returned without original packaging
Custom-made or personalized items (including items with names)
Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
