Shipping policy

Your order will be shipped from ATELIER MOKU (our workshop).

  • For domestic shipping within Japan:
    Postal delivery (normally ¥440) is free for orders over ¥5,000.
    Courier delivery (normally ¥770) is free for orders over ¥10,000.
  • You may request a preferred delivery date and time depending on the shipping method; however, this does not guarantee delivery by the specified date.
  • For postal delivery, shipments to Kyushu, Okinawa, and remote islands are expected to arrive approximately 6–12 days after dispatch, and may take longer in some cases.
  • International shipping is available for a flat rate of ¥2,980. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or VAT may be incurred depending on the destination country, and any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.
    Please note that we are closed on weekends and public holidays.
  • Shipping is available within Japan and to selected international destinations.

International deliveries are estimated to arrive within 5–20 days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing.


Important Notes Regarding Delivery

  1. Delivery may be delayed if we receive a high volume of orders or if items are temporarily out of stock.
  2. You may specify your preferred delivery address, such as your home or workplace.
    Please note that only one shipping address can be specified per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  3. For domestic shipments within Japan, free postal delivery will generally be made via Japan Post (Click Post) or Yamato Transport (Nekopos) and delivered to your mailbox.
    For international shipments, delivery will generally be handled by Japan Post or Yamato Transport. In the case of Yamato Transport, delivery will be carried out by UPS, their international partner.
  4. Important notes for postal delivery:
    • Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
    • Once delivered to your mailbox, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.
    • We and the shipping carriers cannot provide compensation or replacements for lost items.
    • No compensation is provided for damage or soiling of packages.
      By choosing this method, you agree to these terms.
      For courier delivery, compensation for loss or damage will be provided in accordance with the carrier’s policies. If you require shipping insurance, please select courier delivery.
  5. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or extended absence, the package may be returned to our workshop depending on the carrier’s holding period. This may delay redelivery. Please ensure your address is accurate.
    We will cover the shipping cost for the first reshipment of returned items. From the second reshipment onward, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  6. For international shipments:
    • Delivery date and time cannot be specified.
    • The customer assumes responsibility for any loss or customs-related issues after shipment.
    • We and the shipping carriers cannot provide compensation or replacements for losses or customs-related problems.
    • No compensation is provided for damage or soiling of packages.
