Membership Stage
MEMBERSHIP STAGE
Depending on the number of points you have accumulated, you will be guided to one of four stages.
Membership stage will change according to the total number of points earned from April 1st to March 31st of the following year . Stage upgrades will occur immediately, while stage downgrades will occur on April 1st of each year.
Points can be earned by making purchases or completing certain actions .

3 Acquisition Actions
1. Register as a member [300 points]
All you need to do is register as a regular member of MOKU and you will receive points. If you are already a member, you can earn points by logging in and registering additional information such as your birth month on your My Page.
Register as a member2. LINE integration [300 points]
After registering as a member, you can earn more points by linking your membership information to your LINE account. By linking your LINE account, you will be able to receive notifications about restocks and special offers based on your purchase history.
Link to LINE on My Page3. Refer a friend [500 points]
If you introduce a friend to us and they place an order of 10,000 yen or more, you and your friend will each receive 500 points. You can issue an introduction code and receive rewards from your My Page.

Rules and Notes
1. The points expiration date is 365 days for regular points and 60 days for birthday bonus points. The expiration date is counted from the date the points are awarded.
2. The amount used to calculate rank and points is only the product price. Shipping fees and other charges are not included in the calculation of rank and points. If you purchase using a coupon, the rank and points will be calculated based on the product price after the coupon discount.
3. For online stores, the charge will be added 7 days after the shipping date, not the order date. For stores, the charge will be added 7 days after the purchase date.
4. Membership stages are updated every April 1st. The calculation period for membership stages is one year from April 1st to March 31st each year, and depending on the number of points earned during the calculation period, your stage may be lowered. Membership stages can be carried over to the following year.
5. Points can be used in increments of 1 point at the online shop, with a minimum of 1 point, and in increments of 100 points at the directly managed stores, with a minimum of 100 points.
6. Birthday benefits will be awarded to customers who have registered their birth month, and 500 points will be awarded on the 1st of their birth month.
7. Please note that points cannot be used after payment, regardless of the reason.

FAQ
Membership stages are updated every April 1st. The calculation period for membership stages is one year from April 1st to March 31st each year, and depending on the number of points earned during the calculation period, your stage may be lowered. However, you can carry over your membership stage for up to two years.
For example, if you earn 1,000 points on May 1, 2024 and are promoted to the Silver stage, if you do not earn an additional 1,000 points by March 31, 2026, you will be downgraded to a Bronze member stage.
Only available at our directly managed stores and official online shop. Not available on Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, CHOOSEBASE, b8ta, etc.
If you cancel or return a purchased item, the points awarded at the time of purchase will be cancelled and any points used at the time of purchase will be returned.
