Consultation before ordering

When selecting the size of the Koron or Kaku smart key case, we cannot answer the question of whether your smart key will fit. Please check the size chart on the product page before making your decision. Please understand that it is impossible for us to store smart keys for all car models and years.
About existing orders
In principle, we will ship within 5 business days of your order. For pre-order items and items with individual delivery dates, please check the product page or color name. If the expected shipping date has clearly passed, please contact us using the inquiry form .
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We may notify you of the completion of shipping earlier than the time when we are ready to ship your order, and it may take up to 2-3 days for the tracking number to be updated. Please check again the next day or later. In the unlikely event that you are unable to track your order more than 4 days after receiving the shipping completion notification, there may be a problem, so please contact us via the inquiry form .
Did you enter an email address when placing your order that is a carrier email address such as docomo or softbank, or an iCloud address? In that case, emails will often not arrive, so we ask that you either set up permission to receive emails from @ourse.jp, or set up an address other than the above. Please contact us using the inquiry form to let us know that you have completed the permission settings, or to let us know your new address.
If you have already created an account, you can check it from My Page .
If you have not created an account when placing your order, please click "Create an account" under the login button on the My Page screen above and create an account with the email address you used when placing your order. After that, you can log in to My Page and check your order history.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience. This also applies to pre-ordered items. For details, please see here .
You can issue and print the receipt yourself from My Page or the order completion page. Our staff will not issue it or include it in the product. You will need to create an account to use My Page, so if you have not registered, please create an account with the email address you used when ordering and log in to My Page .
Click "View your order" in the order confirmation email. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Update address" in the shipping address section to change your address. Changes can only be made to orders before they are shipped.

About the product you are using
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer reasons. Items such as the wrong size or the product being different from what you expected are considered customer reasons and cannot be accepted.
