Job Information: Customer Service/Support

<Job Summary>
We are looking for a store attendant and customer support staff for moku leather goods, which are carefully handcrafted one by one. This job is recommended for people who like leather goods and customer service.

At moku, we create products that combine high-quality, earth-friendly materials with simple, outstanding designs, with the theme of "high-quality, sustainable living."

Since we mainly sell directly to customers (without using intermediaries), the best part is getting direct feedback from customers about the products we make.

<Main business activities>
・Customer service at the store, cashiering, customer service (email, chat)
*If you have strengths or weaknesses, you can choose either one.

<Ancillary business>
・Shipping of products (online orders)
・Assisting with simple production tasks such as inspecting manufactured products, packing boxes and parts, etc. ・Other related tasks

The idea is that you will carry out ancillary tasks when your main duties are calm.

<Employment status>
Part-time or full-time

Negotiable based on experience
For part-time work, we promise an hourly wage of 1,300 yen or more.

Fixed hours system (3 days or more a week, including weekends) (Those who can work more than 5 hours a day )
*Working hours are adjusted between 10:30 and 19:30 (store hours are 11:00 and 19:00)

Holidays will follow our company calendar (we can be flexible if you let us know in advance)

Transportation costs Maximum 20,000 yen /month
