About business during the year-end and New Year holidays

Our online shop and main store will be open during the New Year holidays as follows:

Last business day of the year: 2024/12/29 (Sun) until 19:00 First business day of the new year: 2025/1/4 (Sat) from 11:00

Deadline for orders to be shipped this year: Until 9:00 on Saturday, December 28, 2024

Orders received after 9:00am on Saturday, December 28th, 2024 will be produced and shipped sequentially starting from January 4th, 2025.

Normally, your order will be shipped within 5 business days, however, depending on the volume of orders placed during the holidays, it may take longer than usual.
Also, Regarding inquiries received after 19:00 on Sunday, December 29, 2024 , We will respond to inquiries in order from January 4 , 2025 .
