How to write a review

Thank you for using our moku products.
This page will show you how to write a review.

1. Write a review based on the email request from moku

Approximately 5 to 14 days after the product is shipped, moku will send you an email requesting a review. The email will look like this:

Please search for "moku purchase review" in your mailbox.

If you have not received the email, please follow the second method.

2. Write from the product page

If method 1 does not work, please access the product page you ordered and write a review by clicking "Write a review" in the review section.

If the product page for the item you ordered no longer exists because the item has been discontinued, we would appreciate it if you could post a review on the product page of the successor item.
